Answers to Frequently Asked TECHNICAL SUPPORT Questions
- How come I get an error message when I try to sign up?
Our secured pages can only be displayed with the proper Cipher Strength of 128-bit encryption. Check your browser settings and update to 128-bit.
Instructions for updating the Internet Explorer browser:
Go to the help menu and select About Internet Explorer. If the Cipher Strength is not at 128-bit, click the Update Information link and follow the steps on the screen or use the instructions below:
Step One:
Click on the link below
http://microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp
Step Two:
Locate your appropriate operating system download and click on the link.
Step Three:
The File Download window appears. Save this program to disk and click OK.
Step Four:
The Save As window appears. Note the file name and save the file to your desktop or preferred folder.
Step Five:
close your browser and locate the saved file. Double click the file to execute.
Step Six:
The Download Complete window appears. Upon completion of downloading, click Close.
Step Seven:
A Microsoft window appears asking if you want to install the Encryption pack. Click Yes.
Step Eight:
Re-boot your PC and log back onto our site.
